FOX truck and SUV shocks use technology developed from FOX’s off-road and competition products, combining high-pressure monotube construction with application-specific damping.
The aim is simple: improved body control and stability without making the vehicle unnecessarily harsh.
For more demanding applications, larger 2.5" and 3.0" dampers can allow greater oil capacity and piston area. When correctly valved, this can provide good low-speed compliance while still generating the higher damping forces needed at faster shaft speeds.
